Stunningly beautiful and nice place, I enjoyed very good personnel.
Overall I spent my time lovely. The location was great, between buses, and the bed lovely. Plus, it was short walk to the beautiful garden, the bus stop nearby and tram. The double room I had was very pretty. An air conditioning, an electronic key card, and television worked well.

Wonderfully decorated rooms, big bathrooms, very comfy beds. Location really close to Bars or Restaurants, a wonderful garden and public transport. For tea or coffee visit Forno Garbo nearby
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location near Piazza Giorgini was lovely and peaceful, plus having a room with a jacuzzi was a great choice.

Ape Rose is a nice hotel with free parking, big garden and quiet environment. Breakfast is almost the only service but staff is hospitable and helpful. The room is big enough. Furnitures are match to the old, but recently renovated building.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and cozy room. Convenient location, only 15 minutes by bus from the center, with the bus station just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Average breakfast but with delicious bread.
Felt totally at home, nothing to complain about.

A beautiful old Villa with private gardens, set in a peaceful area yet with easy access to Florence centre via local transport. The original features and the furnishings in this historic building were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and gave us information about the Villa and the local area. Breakfast can be taken in the dinning room, with other guests or in the lovely garden. Free internet in the rooms is also available. Some building work going on at the minute (an extention and a spa bath in the gardens) This wasn't a problem and we would love to go back when the spa bath is finished, it was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely Villa

Great Villa! Amazing feeling in this absolutely wonderful surrounding. Beautiful inside, and the garden ... wow, If you wanna get the suburban Florence feeling stay here. Need a bus to go to centre but bus stop near hotel takes 10 min. to centre so no prob. Secure parking, aircon. Great great restaurant nearby - no tourists. Owner and manager very helpful and nice!!!! Wifi in downstairs area.
Could improve on breakfast a little but not bad at all.

The room was wide, well equipped and had a marvelous view on the garden, which is a very nice place to rest, have a cup of wine or enjoy a sandwich. Especially in Firenze, where there is almost no public garden, this is a great place for adults but also for the children to play with some fresh air. Good stuff to park the car for some days and visit the city as pedestrian. There is a bus every 10 min to the city center (15 min journey).
No real claim but we would have enjoyed to speak Italian or have the owners speak english to get more info on the hotel, the area, the city. The first restaurant or shop is a bit far by walk.

This was a beautiful villa! We really loved it! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The view from our room was gorgeous... You looked out and saw the rolling hills of the countryside. They had a nice breakfast every morning and you can sit outside in the yard and enjoy the scenery. They also had a hammock to lay in that we really enjoyed! The location was also great...right around the corner from the bus stop. To get into town we would hop on the bus and take a 10 minute ride.
